Park Rental:

• Parks are the perfect location to host birthday, graduation, or retirement parties.  There are activities for all ages, and plenty of ball fields to play pick-up games.  Rental season is from April 1st to November 1st.
• Looking for space to practice sports such as baseball, soccer, and such.  Our ball fields may be reserved at no charge for a maximum time of 1 hour.  Fees are required when athletic facilities are reserved for seasonal practices and sporting events.

Community Center Rental:

Established in 2018, Ledgeview Community Center was opened in response to a community survey in which residents expressed the desire to have entertaining size rental space.

The following rooms are included in the reservation:

• Community Center Room – Seats approximately 120
• Catering Kitchen – Can either cater or cook food on-site
• Restrooms
• Lobby Gathering Area – Living room style furniture
• Outdoor Patio – Relax, enjoy the view from the ledge!

Reserve for a four-hour block or the entire day.  Bookings are available:

• Friday                                4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)
• Saturday & Sunday         10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)

Available to residents and non-residents of Ledgeview in accordance with the fee schedule:
