All ballots must be received no later than 8:00 PM on Election Day, February 16th.
Only Ledgeview Ballots should be placed in this drop box. Ballots for other municipalities should be dropped in that municipality’s drop box or there will be a delay in the ballot being returned to the correct location to be counted.
Example: If your polling location is in De Pere, Bellevue, or Glenmore, your ballot MUST be returned to that municipality to be counted. You MUST check the return address on the return envelope and use that municipality’s drop box.
Ledgeview’s drop box is located INSIDE the MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR of the Community Center, 3700 Dickinson Road on the stone wall to the left of the door.
As you walk up to the Main Entrance of the Community Center, this sign on the door directing residents to the drop box.
The Main Entrance Door is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and well illuminated at all times.
Be sure to push the ballots through the second slot to assure secured delivery.
The drop box is checked several times a day and is safe to use. Any paperwork that needs to be returned to any Town Offices can be done via the drop box.
