We’re getting a lot of complaints from both Harter’s and snow plow operator’s of carts being placed in the roadway and backwards. Please place your carts at a minimum of 3 feet out of the roadway and out of the plowing lane. Also make sure that the lid opens to the street. Let’s all do our part to keep our community safe and clean.
