The Beautification Committee had an enjoyable time driving through Ledgeview last week checking out all the nominated residences for our annual beautiful garden contest. Nominees were given a yard sign and garden gift to recognize their hard work. This year’s first place winner was a tie between a gorgeous flower garden located at 4481 Cottonwood Lane and an amazing vegetable garden at 438 Creamery Road. Second place went to the residents at 1904 Swan Pointe Terrace and 3rd place was 1911 Swan Pointe Terrace. Thank you to all who took the time to nominate your and your neighbor’s beautiful gardens and thank you to everyone who loves to garden and helps keep Ledgeview beautiful.
The Ledgeview Beautification Committee is a dedicated group of volunteer Ledgeview residents who help create Ledgeview’s sense of place and beauty through community-building events and projects like the annual garden contest, holiday decorating contest, promotion of public art, and banner and holiday light designs.
